Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If cancelled before 21 days to the arrival: Full refund.
  • If cancelled between 15-21 days to the arrival: 25% retention will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 08-14 days of arrival: 50% retention will be charged.
  • IF cancelled between 0-7 days of arrival or NO Show: 100% retention will be charged.
  • If in case of any COVID19 travel related cancellation – Hotel we will refund only if lockdown is declared by the government officially. (No refund or Credit note in any other case).
  • If in case guest is found COVID19 + or any other major health issue – We will give credit note for future dates only if medical report issued by authorised medical body is presented to the hotel ( NO refund or credit note in any other case).
