Terms & Conditions

• Outside guests are not allowed in the property
• Housekeeping and cleaning will be done after every 03 days (if booking is for more than 03 nights)
• Daily housekeeping would be chargeable Rs. 1,000 one time.
• Any damage in the Villas/Property or any other assets would be chargeable fully as per the actual cost.
• Swimming costumes are compulsory while using the pool
• Child should be accompanied by adult while in the pool
• No illegal activities will be entertained in the property
• Play any kind of music and public area is not allowed after 10 PM, loud music is also not allowed in villas also.
